Loans from PDS

We were originally established to provide loans to churches for capital projects at less than market rates. However, as of 01 November 2014, Presbyterian Development ceased providing loans.  Christian Savings considers all loans requested by Presbyterian entities and all loan applications should be directed to them.

Christian Savings loan applications are accepted for building projects such as, but not limited to:

• New buildings and developments
• Retirement housing
• Additions and major repairs
• Community centres
• Church camps & recreational facilities
• Church equipment
• Manses
• Church schools & preschools
