Society of New Zealand Incorporated

The Board of Directors

Presbyterian Development’s Board of Directors provides governance for the organisation. All Directors are elected at the Society’s Annual General Meetings. Directors may be nominated by the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand General Assembly. Directors are chosen for their Church and business experience, their commitment to the mission of the Church, and their willingness to serve and promote the purposes of the Society. They give their time and expertise to the Society voluntarily. The full Board of Directors meets monthly.
